Fratelli Torti's green commitment manifests itself through tangible actions in several areas

From the field to the factory to the packaging of all our products.

Integrated farming

Raw materials are sourced from different production areas Italians and abroad by selected and qualified producers who adopt low-impact agronomic practices, both in terms of fertilisation and defence against insects and diseases, according to the principles of integrated agriculture based on the low use of pesticides, on respect for the environment and the operator, thus providing qualitatively superior products.

Energy saving

We optimise consumption and reduce waste through responsible use of energy resources.
We have technologies and monitoring systems that allow us to monitor consumption. Through our photovoltaic systems we produce electricity and self-consume about 60% for packaging and refrigeration

Water saving

We make responsible use of the water resource that is the most precious commodity on our planet.
We installed a filtration and recirculation system for potato washing water in order to minimise water waste and optimise water management in refrigeration plants.

Saving waste and recycling

We have reduced warehouse waste by adopting more efficient storage and processing techniques and practices. We valorise processing by-products by partnering with biomass plants that can convert them into biogas that generates electricity in a sustainable manner.

Recyclable Packaging

The primary and secondary packaging of all our marketed products are 100% recyclable and can be easily disposed of in separate waste collection.
We are committed to finding ever greener solutions for packaging our products.

Heart Projects

Fratelli Torti supports social projects in the local area with initiatives designed to provide concrete support such as solidarity transport vehicles at the service of people in difficulty. For years, in fact, it has been supporting 'HEART PROJECTS'.
Sport represents a privileged channel for promoting values of inclusiveness, equity and spreading the culture of sustainability and healthy eating and living. F.lli Torti is at the side of a number of local realities.
